This game was created for ET 749 Gaming & Application Design at the University of Northern Colorado.

In the game, players explore eight dimensions of wellness by making decisions that impact measures of their overall wellness. At the end of the game, players reflect on how the game accurately (or inaccurately) reflects wellness in their actual lives.

This game is intended to be used as part of an introduction to the concept of wellness with high school or undergraduate students. To introduce the game to students, consider presenting them with the following context:

This game presents an opportunity for you to explore what is meant by the term "wellness." You may have experienced some of the situations in the game. As you make choices in the game, think about how you would respond in each situation and reflect on the impacts those choices have in your life.
